Goodpasture Christian Schools offers a successful platform that allows coaches to 1) Encourage and help develop students’ athletic abilities to their full potential, and 2) Establish a healthy relationship with and mentor student-athletes on a spiritual and emotional level.

Sports Medicine
The Sports Medicine field focuses on preventing and treating injuries and disorders that may occur from participating in sports. STAR Physical Therapy is the Official Sports Medicine Partner of Goodpasture Christian School. GCS is fortunate to have STAR Athletic trainers Mike Fitzgibbons on staff to serve our student athletes.
Certified athletic trainers are licensed healthcare professionals who, depending on the type and extent of the injury, will collaborate with the student athlete's healthcare team.
The goal is two-fold: 1) Improve function, and 2) Return patients to activity quickly and safely.
